The campsite is located just outside the centre of Grimbergen, in the green belt around Brussels.
It’s a small, family-run and friendly campsite in a quiet setting, surrounded by nature. Campers with a tent, caravan or mobile home are welcome. The campsite is based exclusively on short-stay tourist pitches.
An International camping card and/or membership of a recognized camping club is a requirement!
The site is in run by the Chrispeels family. They come to welcome everyone personally, which makes campers feel at home straight away.
The pitches for the tents on the camping field are not demarcated and do not allow the possibility of electrical hookup.
The demarcated pitches have a surface area of at least 80m² and offer the possibility of an electrical hookup with a CEE plug (10 amps).
For mobile homes, there are paved pitches and there is also one discharge point for waste water as well as a discharge point for the chemical toilet.
The modern sanitary building is spacious and heated. It is cleaned at least once a day and is fully equipped. The use of hot water is included in the overnight rate.
All washbasins and showers are equipped with mixed pressure timed mixer taps.
Sinks for washing dishes and hand washing clothes are of course also available, also with hot water.
There is an area for people with reduced mobility and for babies, which has all the necessary facilities.
A separate washing machine and dryer facility is available at the reception office for an additional fee.
There are also a number of drinking water taps spread across the site.
The bus stop is 200m from the campsite, where a bus leaves every hour to Brusselse Noordstation (Brussels-North train station). The bus does not run during the morning on Sundays and public holidays.
The village centre of Grimbergen is within walking distance of the campsite. Here there are several food and beverage outlets and a small supermarket. On Sunday morning there is a market in the centre.
The famous Grimbergen abbey beer is brewed in the centre of the village and can of course still be tasted on site. Highly recommended.

Volg de Brusselsesteenweg tot aan het station (3de stoplichten)
Sla vervolgens rechts af op de Wolvertemsesteenweg tot aan de 2de verkeerslichten.
Sla dan links af in de bestemmingsstraat en na circa 800m vind u de ingang van de camping aan uw rechterzijde.
Er staan gele borden met vermelding “camping“ langsheen dit traject.

Take exit 7 Grimbergen on the Ring 0 around Brussels.
Follow the Brusselsesteenweg to the station (3rd traffic lights)
Turn right on Wolvertemsesteenweg until the 2nd traffic lights.
Turn left into Destination Street and after about 800m you will find the campsite entrance on your right.
There are yellow signs marked “camping” along this route.
