Rules of the campsite

COVID-19 Update (03/2022):

The campsite is open again. All facilities are available for use. All precautionary measures have been lifted.

1. Every camper must read and be familiar with the police regulations and the internal regulations.

2. Campers and visitors are obliged, under penalty provided for by law, to present themselves for registration upon arrival. Campers are also obliged to report their departure, otherwise they are deemed to have spent the night on the campsite.

3. The owner or hirer of a tent, caravan or mobile home is personally responsible for the registration of those who spend the night with them.

4. The manager of the campsite, or their representative, always has the right to refuse access to the campsite to anyone at any time.

5. Damage must be compensated by the person who caused it. The parents, or those who replace them, are always responsible for the behaviour of their children. All dangerous games and/or games which cause nuisance are prohibited. The possession of weapons on the campsite is prohibited.

6. The offering of goods and/or beverages for sale, as well as the distribution of printed matter is prohibited, unless with the express permission of the operator.

7. Attitude, clothing, behaviour and/or differences of opinion must not cause offence.

8. Anything that may interfere with safety, hygiene, order or tranquillity is prohibited, especially during night-time, which starts at 10 pm. and ends at 8 am. the next morning. Everyone must personally ensure that their radio or other audio device does not disturb anyone.

9. The campers are responsible for good order and cleanliness in and around their tent, caravan, or mobile home.

10. The digging of wells and ditches around the camping installation is strictly prohibited.

11. In the sanitary building, the camper must behave in such a way that they leave the facilities in the same condition as they would like to find them. The use of hygienic paper is mandatory.

12. All rubbish must be disposed of in the facilities provided for this purpose.

13. No camper should leave until everything has been neatly cleaned up on their pitch.

14. Any damage or accident shall be notified to the operator or their representative without delay. The first-aid kit is located in the reception office. Fire extinguishers are always available in the case of emergency.

15. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. The rabies vaccination is a legal obligation.

16. Respect the planted areas. No wires should be tied to the trees. Linen should be dried discreetly.

17. Each camper must accept the designated place for the placing of their equipment or vehicle.

18. The speed limits imposed must be respected.

19. Parking on the access roads and inner roads is prohibited.

Neem afrit 7 Grimbergen op de ring 0 rondom Brussel.

Volg de Brusselsesteenweg tot aan het station (3de stoplichten)

Sla vervolgens rechts af op de Wolvertemsesteenweg tot aan de 2de verkeerslichten.

Sla dan links af in de bestemmingsstraat en na circa 800m vind u de ingang van de camping aan uw rechterzijde.

Er staan gele borden met vermelding “camping“ langsheen dit traject.

Take exit 7 Grimbergen on the Ring 0 around Brussels.

Follow the Brusselsesteenweg to the station (3rd traffic lights)

Turn right on Wolvertemsesteenweg until the 2nd traffic lights.

Turn left into Destination Street and after about 800m you will find the campsite entrance on your right.

There are yellow signs marked “camping” along this route.
